From volcanic basalt soils rich in micro-particles, the vines are grown to the traditional Veronese pergola method, on dry-stone wall terraces.
- TASTING NOTES:

Well-balanced wine with an enchanting sensory mixture of aromatic herbs, white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine has a beautiful structure and important mineral note that testify to the volcanic soil matrix. A long, soft finish with outstanding harmony.
- WINEMAKING PROCESS:

At the beginning of October, the bunches are hand-harvested, de-stemmed and pressed gently and the resulting wort is immediately chilled. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 20 days. The wine is left to develop on the fine lees with frequent batonnage for between 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks.
